Die Z CAM E2-S6 Mark II Super 35mm 6K Professional NDI Camera ist eine kompakte Cinema-Kamera für professionelle Film-, Broadcast-, Streaming- und Mehrkamera-Produktionen. Sie kombiniert einen Super-35mm-CMOS-Sensor mit 6K-Aufzeichnung, 14 Blendenstufen Dynamikumfang und umfangreichen Schnittstellen für moderne Produktionsumgebungen.
Mit Aufnahmen bis 6K 2.4:1 bei 60 fps, C6K bis 48 fps und 4K/C4K-Formaten mit hohen Bildraten eignet sich die E2-S6 Mark II für hochwertige Filmproduktionen, Commercials, Live-Setups, Eventproduktionen und flexible Kamera-Rigs. Intern zeichnet die Kamera auf CFexpress Typ B auf und unterstützt professionelle Codecs wie H.264, H.265, ProRes 422 Proxy, ProRes 422 LT, ProRes 422, ProRes 422 HQ sowie ZRAW. Zusätzlich kann RAW über HDMI an kompatible externe Recorder ausgegeben werden.
Die NDI-Version erweitert den Workflow um NDI|HX3-Unterstützung und ermöglicht IP-basierte Videoübertragung direkt über Gigabit Ethernet. Zusätzlich unterstützt die Kamera Streaming-Protokolle wie RTSP, RTMP und SRT. Damit ist sie besonders interessant für Live-Produktionen, Remote-Workflows, Studioinstallationen und Setups, bei denen Bildsignal, Steuerung und Stromversorgung möglichst effizient integriert werden sollen.
Für professionelle Infrastruktur bietet die E2-S6 Mark II HDMI 2.0, 3G-SDI, BNC-Timecode-Eingang, Genlock-Eingang, USB-C, LANC-kompatible Remote-Schnittstelle, serielle Steuerung, Gigabit Ethernet und PoE+. Der integrierte Gyroskopsensor unterstützt stabilisierte Workflows in der Postproduktion. Der EF-Mount mit Active Lock ist serienmäßig integriert und kann mit optionalen Z CAM Mounts auf PL, LPL oder M umgerüstet werden.
Das robuste Aluminiumgehäuse, die Mini-V-Lock-Stromversorgung und die kompakte Bauform machen die Kamera zu einer vielseitigen Lösung für Stativ-, Gimbal-, Rig-, Studio- und Mehrkamera-Anwendungen. Durch offene API-/SDK-Unterstützung lässt sie sich zudem gut in individuelle Produktions- und Automatisierungsumgebungen integrieren.
