The Thypoch Simera-C lens kit consists of five cine lenses with focal lengths of 21 mm, 28 mm, 35 mm, 50 mm and 75 mm. Each lens is specifically designed for full-frame cameras and combines optical precision with a compact, robust design. The range offers outstanding image quality and is equally suitable for use in cinema productions, documentaries and mobile shoots.
Optical performance at the highest level
The lenses are equipped with a maximum aperture of T 1.5 and deliver sharp, high-contrast images with minimal optical distortion. Their construction includes aspherical lens elements, ED glass and high refraction elements, effectively reducing chromatic aberrations and reproducing colors accurately. The high speed also enables a soft bokeh with 16 aperture blades and a natural depth effect, which supports a cinematic aesthetic.
Compact design and high mobility
Made from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, the lenses are characterized by a balanced combination of lightness and stability. With a weight of 380 to 470 grams per lens, they are ideal for use on gimbals, drones or handheld systems. The uniform dimensions make it easy to switch between focal lengths, even when using stabilizers.
Flexibility and compatibility
The lenses cover an image circle of 43.2 mm and are compatible with full-frame, Super 35 and APS-C sensors. They feature a standardized gear ratio (0.8 MOD) on focus and aperture rings, making them compatible with common follow focus systems and other cinema accessories. Their design enables seamless integration into modular systems such as the DJI Ronin 4D and opens up a wide range of applications, from wide-angle to telephoto.
