RGBlink mini v3 HDMI Streaming Switcher

The RGBlink mini v3 is the third generation of the compact mini video switcher, designed for modern live production, streaming setups, presentations, education, worship, sports and events. It combines four HDMI 2.0 inputs, two HDMI outputs, USB-C power, UVC output and an integrated control interface in a portable desktop unit.

The four HDMI inputs allow users to connect a range of sources such as cameras, computers, media players or presentation systems. The HDMI outputs can be configured for program output, multiview preview or selected input signals, depending on the production workflow. In addition, the USB 3.0 capture output allows the mini v3 to be recognized by a computer as a webcam, making it easy to use with streaming and video conferencing software such as YouTube, OBS, Zoom and similar platforms.

For operation, the RGBlink mini v3 provides illuminated source buttons, a T-bar for smooth transitions, rotary controls and an integrated 2-inch TFT touchscreen. The touchscreen supports menu operation and live signal preview directly on the device, enabling convenient source monitoring, layout adjustment and system control without the need for an additional controller.

The RGBlink mini v3 supports seamless switching with CUT and FADE as well as 15 transition effects. Features such as PIP, PBP, scalable layers, logo overlay and image adjustment provide flexible options for livestreams, presentations and hybrid events. Audio sources can be connected via 3.5 mm microphone and line inputs and mixed into the output signal.

For recording, the mini v3 includes a dedicated USB 2.0 record port. This allows video and audio to be recorded directly to suitable USB storage devices or external drives. According to RGBlink, MP4 recording up to 16 Mbps is supported, with FAT32 and exFAT storage formats.

The RJ45 network port allows the mini v3 to be integrated into network-based workflows. Depending on the activated feature set, the unit also supports remote control via web app and open API, PTZ control and streaming via TAO Cloud. Some of these functions are described by RGBlink as optional premium features and may require activation via TAO Cloud.

With its compact form factor, low weight and USB-C power supply, the RGBlink mini v3 is well suited for mobile production environments, small studios, training rooms, conference technology and event setups where multiple HDMI sources need to be switched, streamed and recorded reliably.
